About

WHY GLORIA WOMEN'S HEALTH

At Gloria Women's Health, we're on a mission to empower women with their health starting with an underserved area : the postnatal period.

By developing supportive resources about challenges mothers are facing and what they can do to address these, we want to ensure all mothers can pursue dreams, careers and education. Feel strong, bold and confident again.

We believe in a new normal for all mothers : strong, bold and confident.

When transitioning into motherhood women are going through tremendous changes in their body and their own identity.

Our healthcare systems and societies focus entirely on the pregnancy period and on the newborn's needs.

New mothers' needs are neglected and women are supposed to 'bounce back' as quick as possible like nothing happened without support, guidance or compassion.

The postnatal period is an underserved aspect of maternity care and it is time for a change.

We are on a mission to help new mothers understand their own physiology and learn how to heal their body, protect their mental and emotional wellbeing and thrive in life in their new identity of woman and mother.

We want to ensure new mothers can pursue opportunities, careers and education. Be strong again. Be confident again. Be empowered by motherhood.

Meet our Founder

Kahina is a mother of two young girls and her own motherhood journey made her realise the huge gap between what women need and what  kind of support they get from our modern societies.

She's also a Biotechnologies and Pharmacology engineer who has lived and worked in UK, France and Switzerland focusing on Healthcare gaps and Tech innovations.

True Believer of the “For women, By women” movement, Kahina has decided to dedicate the next chapter of her professional life addressing women’s health unmet needs.

"In an era of precision medicine and precision health, it's time for women to receive specific treatment and care."
